1. 효능 및 효과:

- 만성 심부전 치료: 좌심실 수축 기능이 저하된 안정형 만성 심부전 환자에서 심장의 기능을 개선하는 데 도움을 줍니다. 
- 부정맥 치료: 심박수를 안정화시켜 부정맥 증상을 조절합니다.

2. 복용 방법:

- 일반적으로 아침에 공복 시 또는 식사와 함께 복용하며, 정제를 씹지 않고 물과 함께 삼킵니다.
- 고혈압 및 협심증: 성인은 1일 1회 5~10mg을 복용하며, 최대 20mg까지 투여할 수 있습니다.
- 안정형 만성 심부전: 초기 용량은 1일 1.25mg이며, 내약성을 확인하면서 2주 이상의 간격을 두고 서서히 증량하여 최대 10mg까지 복용합니다. 

3. 부작용:

- 서맥(느린 맥박), 저혈압, 어지러움, 피로감, 두통, 소화기 장애(오심, 구토, 설사, 변비) 등이 보고될 수 있습니다.
- 사지의 냉감 또는 마비, 심부전의 악화 등의 증상이 나타날 수 있으므로 주의가 필요합니다. 

 

4. 주의사항:

- 복용을 갑자기 중단하면 증상이 악화될 수 있으므로, 의사와 상의 없이 투약을 중단하지 마세요.
- 서맥이나 저혈압 증상이 나타날 경우 즉시 의료 전문가와 상담하세요.
- 천식 환자나 그 병력이 있는 경우, 복용 전에 전문가에게 알리세요.

Side effects:
